- Desktop support, including laptops
- Other hardware support, including printers/scanners/fax machines, mobile devices, phones, etc.
- Setting up user accounts in a Windows 2003 Active Directory and Exchange production environment
- Basic understanding of network resources such as firewalls and routers
- 2+ years experience in help desk and desktop support
- Strong knowledge of Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 operating systems
- Good customer service and telephone skills for support of clients and remote employees
- The ability to work independently without direct supervision, multi-task and take ownership of problems following through to resolution.
- Associate's degree (or higher) in Information Systems and/or technical school is preferred
- Network+ or CCNA certification
- Experience with Windows scripting
- MCSE
- Current A+ certification
