Technical Writer

Objective:

The Technical Writer will create and maintain user manuals, installation guides, catalog and web technical specifications, and other product documentation for PLCs, HMIs, programming software, and other automation devices.

Qualifications:

Candidate must have a minimum of five years experience with:

• PLC hardware
• Programming software
• HMIs
• Communications devices (Ethernet, DeviceNet, Profibus)
• Excellent computer and writing skills

Candidate must also be able to work on and manage projects independently, meet deadlines and have excellent interpersonal skills.
