If you are looking to save some money on your next purchase with AutomationDirect, you may be interested in our re-manufactured parts. The select re-manufactured parts are available for many of our standard products, and are offered at substantial savings. You will receive a 20% discount off the catalog price of any available items, and we will give you a full 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects and workmanship. (Sorry, our 30-day money-back return policy DOES NOT apply with this offer.)
The products are offered on a "first come, first serve" basis while supplies last. You will need Web access to view product availability and to order.
Products with available inventory will be listed under our "Re-manufactured Products" category at www.automationdirect.com. The items in the category will change based on inventory status at the time the product listing page is generated.
Re-manufactured products are also available from our detailed item pages. You will be given a choice to purchase A-stock or Re-manufactured items, where applicable. The re-manufactured items are listed as B-*** (where *** is the A-stock part number without any dashes). For example, the re-manufactured part number for a D2-260 would be B-D2260.
We continuously strive to serve our customers well by providing quality products at great prices. We do this by keeping overhead costs low, so we can sell at the best possible price. We typically hold our prices stable for as long as possible, but there are times when adjustments become necessary.
As such, we have implemented price changes on a number of product lines effective October 17, 2012, including some DirectLOGIC modules, Fuji motor controls, Cutler-Hammer components and NITRA cylinders.
Notably, there are major price reductions in the Productivity3000 controller line, as well as sensor cables.
You can view the complete price list online with existing and new prices shown, in Microsoft Excel format.

SureStep motion control product line adds dual shaft models
Our line of SureStep stepping motors in standard NEMA sizes (17, 23, & 34) now include dual-shaft, bi-polar models with output torques ranging from 61 oz-in. to 1288 oz-in. The motors feature front and rear shafts to allow installation of an encoder, hand crank or a second load onto a motor; a pigtail cable with locking connector allows for easy hook-up. The motors travel 1.8 degrees per step, providing 200 steps per revolution. Backed with a one-year warranty, the stepping motors are CE and RoHS compliant and prices start at $22.
The SureStep motors can be controlled by SureStep microstepping drives, programmed with SureStep Pro software. See the complete line of SureStep motion products.
Flowline® EchoPod® and EchoSonic® II lines of ultrasonic liquid level sensors and transmitters have been added to our product offerings. Constructed with PVDF transducers and NEMA Type-6P polycarbonate enclosures, these innovative ultrasonic liquid level sensors replace float, conductance and pressure sensors that fail due to contact with dirty, sticky and scaling media in small, medium and large capacity tanks. Ideal for chemical, water and wastewater applications, these general purpose sensors are available with single and multi-function capabilities including continuous level measurement, switching and control.
The EchoPod DS14 liquid level sensor features continuous level detection up to 4.1 feet; a 48-inch, 9-conductor shielded cable provides connection to four programmable SPST output relays for switch, pump or valve control and fail-safety.
The EchoPod DX10 ultrasonic liquid level transmitter provides continuous level measurement up to 4.1 feet; a 48-inch, 6-conductor shielded cable provides selectable 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC, or 976-2,000 Hz frequency signal outputs.
The EchoPod DL10 ultrasonic liquid level transmitter provides continuous level measurement up to 4.1 feet; a 48-inch, 4-conductor shielded cable provides a 4-20 mA signal output for longer signal distances, up to 1,000 feet.
The EchoPod DL serried of multi-function liquid level sensors provides continuous level measurement of up to 4.1 feet, 9.8 feet, or 18 feet; the 48-inch 9-conductor shielded cable provides a 4-20 mA signal output and four programmable relays for level switch or level control functions.
The EchoSonic II LU series ultrasonic liquid level transmitters provide continuous level measurement up to 9.8 feet, 18 feet, 26.2 feet or 32 ft. These transmitters are fitted with a 10-foot 4-conductor shielded cable to provide a 4-20 mA signal output. DSP auto adaptive filters enable plug and play operation, optimizing signal output filtering and obstacle recognition. Depending on model, the short 4-inch or 8-inch dead band maximizes measurable filling capacity.
Flowline ultrasonic liquid level sensors and transmitter prices start at $260.
The full line of Flowline ultrasonic level sensors and transmitters is easily configurable via the WebCal PC software (available for free download at www.automationdirect.com) and the available USB fob adapter. While the software is available as a free download, the USB fob adapter is priced at $42.
A variety of accessories, such as mounting brackets, reducer bushings, bulkhead fitting, and flanges is available starting at $13; mounting gaskets are also available starting at $5.

Other than Christmas, Halloween is probably every kid’s favorite holiday. After all, it’s the one time of the year when their parents allow them to accept gifts of candy from people, other than family and close friends.
In 2011, Jimmy Kimmel issued a challenge to parents across the country to hide all the candy and tell the kids that they ate all of it while the kids were sleeping. Take a look at the results.
